Boating Coastal Action Plan (BCAP) 2007

A strategic planning tool, the BCAP aims to provide a vision for the future use and improvement of the boating network within the central region. It uses a series of guiding principles and specific policies to identify immediate priorities for upgrading and management of existing boating facilities and a planning framework for new facilities.

The CCB has prepared the BCAP Progress Report 2009 based on survey responses from lead agencies assigned to the various actions outlined in the CAP. This report will provide direction for the BCAP Implementation Committee’s annual work program and assist its role of advocating the BCAP and promoting its implementation.
