Coastal Action Plans

Coastal Action Plans (CAPs) are the key statutory mechanism available to the Central Coastal Board for implementing the Victorian Coastal Strategy.

The Central Coastal Board has developed four CAPs. The implementation of each is supported by a specialised Steering Committee comprised of a CCB Board or staff member and representatives from stakeholder agencies and organisations.
