Victorian Coastal Strategy Information Sessions

The Victorian Coastal Strategy – What is it and can we implement it?

The VCS is the State Government’s policy commitment for the coast in Victoria. It builds on previous strategies and identifies and responses to three priority issues affecting Victorian’s coast; climate change, population and growth, and marine ecology integrity.

Thank you to those who attended the information sessions on the Victorian Coastal Strategy (VCS) hosted by the CCB. Held in Geelong and Melbourne, the sessions provided opportunities to hear from and engage with key industry figures and policy makers on the strategy, the key government agencies responses and the challenges of implementation.
